Week One
It’s only been 3 days, but I had to tell y’all how great week one is going! I’ve been eating mostly hummus, veggie pita wraps, fruit and smoothies and I even went to the gym tonight…something that I rarely (I mean RARELY) do haha. I’m determined to get back in shape and start feeling great again. One thing I really need to work on… My bedtime.

I figured out my transition plan...
I posted last week about transitioning back to raw vegan and after much deliberation, I’ve put together a “plan”. Ideally, I would do it overnight but I know that would end in disaster (ie. Binge). Instead, I am eliminating certain foods each week like I did last May. Week 1: NO sweets or fried foods (falafel!) Week 2: NO gluten or sugar Week 3: (-)cooked foods (+)raw ...
