
I’ve been off of green smoothies for a while now, and I can definitely feel a difference in my health. Lately I’ve been more fatigued and my taste buds have shifted away from raw fruits and vegetables and toward cooked foods like beans and rice. So this morning I fixed myself a half-portion and I’m back on track! (1 banana, big handful of spinach)

I need to start eating these again.
