This is right up my alley because I’ve had issues with this as well! If I were you, I would avoid greasy/oily foods, foods high in fat, and chocolate. All of our bodies are different, but I know that when I eat chocolate, my face erupts within a few short hours. Nuts are also a bad idea for some people.. as are other common allergens (dairy(!), soy, gluten, etc).
As for the foods you should eat to keep acne away: Raw fruits and vegetables, Vegetables juices/smoothies, A LOT of water…
