I actually don’t really get cravings for sweets anymore. This past summer I eliminated sugar from my diet completely, except for fruit. It was rough for the first week or two, but then my “sweet tooth” virtually disappeared. If I ever do happen to get a random craving for something sweet, I just eat fruit! It works every time. (Good ideas: frozen grapes, frozen banana icecream, banana ‘milk’shakes, strawberries, etc)
