Hey y’all! So I’ve been doing some thinking and I have decided that it’s time for me to get back to a raw vegan diet. I felt AMAZING during the couple of months that I spent eating only fruits and vegetables and I’m ready to feel that way again. I’ve been watching YouTube videos (one of the best sources of health inspiration!) and I’m excited to wake up to an enormous green smoothie tomorrow.
I’ll be sure to post frequently. Re-transitioning won’t be fun, as I’ll be dealing with plenty of cravings and detox… But I’m really looking forward to taking this journey again!
